Maui Derm reserves the right to combine tracks based on low attendance. Attendees will be notified of any changes 14 days in advance of Pre-Conference Day start date.

Notes:

1. Maui Derm NP+PA is intended only for advanced practice clinicians practicing in dermatology and NP/PA students training in dermatology.
2. Must state if from a Medical Office or Industry. Need names of office or company.
3. Spouses, Guests and Children are invited to join us for a hot breakfast, served from 6:30-7:30 am (in exhibit hall), plus reception.

Spouses, Guests and Children CANNOT attend lectures, lunches or workshops.

Cancellation/Refund Policy (Non-Exhibitors)

- From the initial confirmation and up to May 1, 2022, 50% of the total registration fee will be charged.
- On or after May 2, 2022, there will be no refunds.
- There will be NO refunds for no-shows.
- Refunds will be processed thirty (30) days following the meeting. Any eligible refunds will be refunded in the manner in which fees were paid.

If for any reason, you need to cancel your registration, you are required to do so on Cvent. You may retrieve your registration profile by entering your original email address and your password.

Change Policy:

Any name change made to a registration 14 days prior to the meeting will be subject to a $25 administrative fee.

Late Registration:

Late registration made 14 days prior to the meeting may be available; however, a surcharge of $25 will be added.
