Industry Room Reservation Policy

Based on your support level and availability at the time of your request, your sponsorship level would allow you to reserve the number of rooms listed below.

A minimum of three (3) nights’ stay is required for the group rates.

You must register for the conference to receive the discounted room rate. Rooms are based on availability.

Industry Personnel must go through their housing coordinator or Steve Gomez to reserve their room. If your company exceeds the number of rooms outlined above, your housing congress planner will communicate which reservations should be moved to an overflow hotel.

Reservations will be made for the conference dates.  Any nights pre / post conference will have to be booked on your own. 

No reservations will be confirmed without a form of deposit. Limited number of rooms available.

Any rooming list submitted must be provided 45 days prior to the start of the conference.

Room Category – based on availability.

Host Hotel Availability – rooms are not guaranteed at the host hotel. Depending on the timing of your request, some rooms may be assigned to an overflow hotel.

 

Deposit/Cancellation Policy:

  • Two nights’ room and tax deposit is required upon booking a room.
  • At 45 days prior to your arrival date the two-night deposit becomes non-refundable.
  • 30 days prior to your arrival date all nights are non-refundable including shortening of stay or a cancellation.  
  • All cancellations must be done via email to [email protected]  

Changes Policy:

  • Any changes/cancellations made to a reservation after initial confirmation are subject to a $25 administrative fee.
  • All changes must be done via email to NMG Meeting Management
