11:15 am – 12:30 pm | Comprehensive Primer on Drugs and Diseases in Dermatology: Part 1 Our faculty will cover the pharmacology of drugs used to treat the most common skin disorders in dermatology including: acne/rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, actinic keratoses, cutaneous infections (viral, bacterial, fungal, parasitic and arthropod) and many other skin disorders. Each speaker will discuss in great detail the molecular mechanisms of action of each drug, dosing, efficacy, and side effects. Each drug will be discussed in the context of a defined disease state and the “how, when, where and why” will be discussed in detail.
