  • A minimum of three (3) nights’ stay is required for the group rates.

You must register for the conference to receive the discounted room rate. Rooms are based on availability.

Industry Personnel must go through their housing coordinator or Steve Gomez [email protected] to reserve their room. If your company exceeds the number of rooms outlined above, your housing congress planner will communicate which reservations should be moved to an overflow hotel and how many additional rooms are needed.

Reservations will be made for the conference dates.  Any nights pre / post conference will have to be booked on your own. 

No reservations will be confirmed without a form of deposit. Limited number of rooms available.

Any rooming list submitted must be provided 45 days prior to the start of the conference.

Room Category – based on availability.

Host Hotel Availability – HCP’s will take priority at the host hotel, rooms are not guaranteed at the host hotel. Depending on the timing of your request, some rooms may be assigned to an overflow hotel.

 

Deposit/Cancellation Policy:

  • Two nights’ room and tax deposit is required upon booking a room.
  • At 45 days prior to your arrival date the two-night deposit becomes non-refundable.
  • 30 days prior to your arrival date all nights are non-refundable including shortening of stay or a cancellation.  
  • A three night minimum stay is required.
  • All cancellations must be done via email to [email protected]

Change Policy:

  • Any changes/cancellations made to a reservation after initial confirmation are subject to a $25 administrative fee.
  • Any change in the number of hotel nights reserved will be subject to penalties.
