Nathaniel Jellinek, MD, FAAD, FACMS
Nathaniel Jellinek, MD, FAAD, FACMS attended medical school at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, MA, completed residency in dermatology and fellowship in Mohs Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology with Mary Maloney at the University of Massachusetts, while developing a subspecialty interest in nail diseases and nail surgery. He worked as full time faculty at the Brown University Dermatology Program in Providence, RI for four years and received several teaching awards during his tenure there. He has served as an associate editor of the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology. Currently, he is in private practice in East Greenwich, RI and serves as fellowship director of the Institution’s ACGME-approved Procedural Dermatology fellowship. He has academic appointments at University of Massachusetts Medical School’s Division of Dermatology and the Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University’s Department of Dermatology. He has authored over fifty publications and has lectured nationally and internationally on a wide variety of topics relating to nail diseases and cutaneous surgery. His academic interests include nail diseases, nail surgery, cutaneous oncology, Mohs surgery, facial reconstruction, and dermatologic education.
